WOE88 Platform Terms & Conditions for Malaysia Members

1 Member Eligibility

The woe88 platform is only available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. woe88 does not permit registration or use of the platform by any individual below the stipulated minimum age.
• Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements and not be subject to any court order restricting the use of services of this nature.
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list at woe88 or any of its affiliated platforms.
• Agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during the registration process and at any time when requested by woe88.

Woe88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any member at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

2 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at woe88. Registering multiple accounts under a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

• You must provide your full name, phone number, email address, and any other requested information accurately and truthfully during registration.
• Your account password is solely your responsibility. woe88 recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing it with anyone.
• You must notify woe88 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Woe88 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a member disclosing their account password to another party.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or recent proof of address.

3 Deposits & Payments

Woe88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are local Malaysian options:

• Digital Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other Malaysian banks

All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. No maximum daily deposit limit is set by default, though members may set their own limit through account settings.

• Deposits are typically credited within under 30 seconds once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Woe88 is not responsible for any deposit delays caused by technical issues on the part of the bank or digital wallet provider.
• If your deposit has not been credited within 5 minutes, please contact woe88 customer support with proof of transaction for immediate investigation.
• All successful deposits are final and non-refundable unless there is a proven technical error on woe88's part.

4 Withdrawal

Woe88 members may withdraw to a Malaysian bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as their woe88 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly not permitted.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals to local bank accounts (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, and others) are processed within up to 2 hours under normal circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak hours or scheduled system maintenance may take longer to process.
• Woe88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of terms will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Woe88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Every bonus has its own wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance is permitted. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once only per member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Woe88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the respective promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering with bonus funds is generally restricted to certain games. Games excluded from bonus use will be stated in the promotional terms.
• A maximum withdrawal cap on bonus winnings may apply. Please review the terms of each promotion before claiming a bonus.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the woe88 platform — including slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Sports Betting, e-sports, lottery, and Badminton — are subject to their respective game rules, which can be found on the relevant game page.

• Game outcomes generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final and cannot be disputed.
• For live casino games, the outcome announced by the dealer at the table is final once the round has ended.
• Any technical disruption occurring during an active game will be resolved in accordance with woe88's technical policy. If a game cannot be completed due to an error on woe88's end, all wagers will be fully refunded.
• For Sports Betting — including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and badminton — the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used to calculate winnings, regardless of any subsequent odds changes.
• Woe88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that are clearly erroneous or that resulted from a technical error.

7 Member Conduct

All woe88 members are required to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bots, automated scripts, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly at poker tables or in games involving multiple players.
• Making any false representation regarding identity, age, or eligibility when registering or using the woe88 platform.
• Using a woe88 account for any activity that violates Malaysian law, including money laundering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or woe88 customer support staff through any communication channel.

Woe88 monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. Any suspicious behaviour will be investigated and the relevant account may be suspended while the investigation is underway.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Woe88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any terms or conditions set out in this document.
• Confirmation that the registration information provided is false or inaccurate.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Activity indicating attempts at fraud, money laundering, or game manipulation.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member themselves.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, woe88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including real money and bonus funds. Members whose accounts are closed for valid reasons are not permitted to re-register using the same or a different identity.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Liability Limit

• Woe88 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by members as a result of using the platform, technical disruptions, or game outcomes.
• Woe88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• In the event that woe88 is found legally liable for any loss, woe88's maximum liability is limited to the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.
• Woe88 is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or government charges that may be levied on a member's winnings under applicable Malaysian law.

11 Responsible Gaming
